We undertook a significant renovation of the football/soccer field previously plagued by flooding. Originally a natural grass field, it was transformed into a high-functioning artificial turf space utilized by multiple high school football teams, local club soccer teams, and the public. We implemented a comprehensive all-stone detention system to effectively manage water runoff from Lake Shore Drive and elevated the field to minimize flooding issues.
