Thomas Girouard
Founder and CEO

Tom’s construction journey began in 1988 after leaving the Army.  Prior to establishing All-Bry, he gained priceless experience performing many roles ranging from Owners’ Rep to Vice President/Project Executive, Superintendent to Finance Manager.  Under his leadership the company has grown from a basement start up to the well-respected public works contractor it is today.  Outside of work, Tom enjoys fitness, spending time with his wife, family and dogs, volunteering and philanthropy.

Tamara Kilty
President

Tamara is a seasoned construction financial professional with a passion for numbers. She is thrilled to be starting this new chapter as President of this incredible company and its talented team.

When she is not wielding spreadsheets, she’s likely to be found in the kitchen whipping up a delicious meal, nurturing her garden, or spoiling her five amazing grandchildren (who BTW are all convinced she has the best smash burgers)

Chris Clower
VP / Project Manager

A proficient professional well-versed in every phase of the construction process, including preconstruction activities, in-house trade work, overseeing project management, assisting on-site supervision, and ensuring the successful completion and closeout of projects.

While off the clock, Chris will likely be coaching, talking baseball, or hanging out in his man cave tinkering with a handyman project.

Steve Cho
VP / Project Manager

Steve has over 25 years of expertise specializing in civil components. He is proud to be part of the team renowned for our exceptional ability to complete projects efficiently and within schedule, ensuring top-tier quality.  Steve has spearheaded numerous large-scale site projects, with a distinct focus on building playgrounds and parks. Projects consist of playground repairs to park development that exceeds $5 million.

His strengths lie in meticulous planning, effective team coordination, and his unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.  This trait also can be found in his love of fishing.  Only complication is planning and coordination does seem to breed success when it comes to fishing.  He can only strive for LUCK and it is with me on that day

Marina Reader
Controller

Having spent half of her life on the financial side of the construction industry, Marina can comfortably state that she’s passionate about the career path she chose a couple decades ago. Outside of the office, Marina’s main focus is her son. Together they like to read, draw, build Legos, and each spring they plant garden vegetables to enjoy all summer long.

Brenden Girouard
Project Manager

Brendan’s introduction to construction began at a very early age. His journey has progressed from doing odd jobs to Summer Intern and Superintendent. Upon completion of an active-duty Army commitment, Brendan joined All-Bry as a full-time Project Manager. Representative clients include Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Housing Authority and Department of Veterans’ Affairs. When not at work or pursuing an MBA, you will likely find him enjoying a round of golf or hitting the slopes.

John Janiszewski
Project Manager

John brings a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in managing complex projects, particularly within the underground infrastructure and utility improvements. He also possesses expertise in overseeing the development and construction of recreational facilities, including parks, playground and sports fields.

Michael Sullivan
Project Manager

Mike is a well-versed construction professional with a broad understanding of construction and engineering principles. He began his construction career in the residential carpentry world and has since migrated to the commercial construction world to perform roles such as estimating, field supervision, and project management. Mike’s ability to problem solves and navigate through complex tasks is vital to maintaining worker efficiency and field productivity.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, and staying active with hobbies such as bike riding and weekend flying planes.
