Project Superintendent – Municipal Renovation | Chicagoland
We are hiring a strong, field-driven Project Superintendent to lead municipal renovation projects across the Chicagoland area.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead all field operations from start to finish
✔ Manage accelerated summer renovation schedules
✔ Coordinate subcontractors and inspections
✔ Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
✔ Be the steady, accountable presence on site
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years Superintendent experience
• Municipal/public renovation experience
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Experience working in phased or occupied facilities
• Leadership mentality — not just task management
