ADA Restroom Upgrades at Emmett Till Math and Science Academy 

All-Bry Construction completed a comprehensive renovation and ADA upgrade project featuring improvements to the boys’, girls’, and staff restrooms, as well as the addition of a new All-Gender restroom to enhance accessibility and inclusivity.

The project included environmental remediation (lead-based paint and asbestos abatement), selective demolition, carpentry, doors and hardware, finishes, and MEP system modifications. Exterior improvements included the removal and replacement of aluminum storefronts and FRP doors, installation of automatic door operators, and keyless entry systems to allow first responder access afterhours.

Numerous discovered conditions required floor leveling and infilling, creative coordination around a discovered structural beam, and the addition of a new ramp to ensure full ADA compliance.

Through collaboration with the architect, owner, and trade partners, All-Bry Construction successfully delivered another high-quality project that blends function, safety, and inclusivity for the school community.
